Who am I ?

Last week, Daddy and Mummy brought me to the child care school to visit the principle, Kobayashi-san. There was some form filling, as expected, ALOYSIUS (アロイジアス) is very difficult for Japanese to pronunce. My chinese name 勇輝 read as ゆうき-Yuuki in Japanese seems to be ignored by the principal. Somehow, Daddy tried Louis - short for Aloysius as "Rui" in Japanese, the principal seems happier with Rui.

After coming home, Daddy and Mummy think it will be too confusing for me to be call Rui in school. After all, Daddy and Mummy cracked their head to come out with a Chinese name that will read nicely in Japanese, so I should use Yuuki when I am in a Japanese school. They decided, I will be call as : when speaking English-Aloysius, Chinese-YongHui, Japanese-Yuuki. How confusing !

By the way, Daddy is also confused, he was just telling his colleagues that my Chinese name is read as YongGuang. That is how bad his Chinese is, can't even read my name, also he has already forgotten my birthdate !!

Present from Daddy's colleagues, a photo album with my name embroyded on it.
