Not Again ?!

Yes Yes, I am sick AGAIN !!! I am sure you are also SICK of hearing me always falling ill. This time my fever was quite high till 39.1c Don't worry, by the time you are reading this, I am already cured and happily kicking away again. Doctor said is due to weather turning cold, however, I think is due to germs in school. My other friends - Jin-kun and Zayne, they stay at home and don't go to school, they don't get sick as often as me, or even ever experienced fever, coughing, sneezing, running nose etc ... I already had fever 3 times in my 5 months of life !!!

I have been visiting the peditrician (小児科)，竹本先生 (Daddy and Mummy call him Bamboo Book Doctor) so often that my record with him is now a booklet. I have mentioned before baby seeing doctor in Japan is free, that's why, once you sneeze, just go see Doctor. The nice part about Japan is that Doctors here are specialised. Kids like me go see a peditrician, not a GP (General Practitioner). I heard in Singapore, seeing a peditrician will cost at least $80 just for consultation. For my Japanese fans who are reading this, I know sick kids like me will cause your health insurance payment to increase. Sorry ....

Mario Brother

Daddy used to play Mario Brothers on Mummy's DS before I was born. Mummy is hopeless in the game, she never get to finish even the easiest round. Mummy said I will get to inherit her DS when I grow up. Sigh.... that DS will probably be a dinosaur by then.

Polio

Last Friday, I went for my first dose of Polio vaccination. Again, the city office looked like a war zone. This time round, there were hundreds of babies as there were babies coming for their first dose and babies coming for their second dose. Mummy was getting bored with the long queue and started to chat with the Auntie in front. Mummy asked how many months is the little girl. "7 months" "OOPs !!" Mummy got a shock with the answer and hoped that they won't ask how old am I, cos I am sooooooo much bigger even I am 2 months younger.

Majulah Singapura

I am now officially a Singaporean. Received my citizenship and passport last Thursday. I can go back to Singapore to visit Grand-mama, Grand-papa, and all other relatives for the first time. Pls wait another few months for me.

Among all the documents I received, there was this little book mark, which reminds me to apply for my exit permit once I reach 13 years of old. Oh no, I don't want to go army !!

Mummy cooked Sichuan food for Sat lunch. There was Mapo Doufu, Spicy & Sour soup, Mushroom & Bamboo rice. Yummy, my saliva was drooling away.... why nobody is feeding me ??

When battery is low

I have been feeling very down these few days while I am sick. I have no energy to play, smile and laugh.

Yesterday, Mummy and Daddy brought me to see my usual Doctor. After taking his medicine, I felt much better. This morning, my battery was all charged up.

On Sick Leave

I am sick again. Fever, coughing, vomitting, Dr said probably caught some virus from school. Today thursday, is my usual Doctor rest day. Mummy and Daddy searched high and low for another Doctor, very far away. Don't know what's wrong with me, hope I will get well soon.

My first BBQ

Yesterday was the perfect Autumn sunny day for BBQ. Aunite Sharon invited us to her house for BBQ. Of course I didn't have the chance to eat but a least mummy's milk milk tasted better.

Do you know what this is? It was a present from Aunite Sharon and Uncle Eugene. It was made up of diapers !! And see the bear bear on top of the diaper, he is my best friend now. Auntie Sharon is such a super woman, no only she can cook delicious food and she is so creative in wrapping present.

To Market, To Market ...

This morning, after the rain the air was very fresh and clean. Daddy decided to bring us along for his routine weekend grocery shopping. I will introduce you my neighbourhood.

Daddy and Mummy had Tempura for lunch. When can I start eating the same food as well ??

This is Bremen Street, a long long street with lots of shops. There are at least 5 supermarkets along the street. Mummy's favourite junk food, McDonalds, KFC and Baskin 31 ice cream are all there too.

Together with Peko-chan, she is a character for this chain of confectionery shop. I kind of got frightened by her halloween witch costume.

Botak Again !!??

This morning I was just saying that I am no longer a botak (hairless). About 30mins after I said that, the doorbell rang and a postman delivered a parcel. It was presents for me from Auntie Alee and Auntie Yng (think she prefer to be call Yng Jie Jie).

Now you know why I will be botak again !!! Thank you Auntie Alee and Yng Jie Jie. Kiss Kiss.

I want to be a F1 driver when I grow up !!!

The love for cars runs in the Yong family. I love cars too, I want to be a F1 driver when I grow up.

Finally the weather is cool enough to wear my skull rider jumper.

Botak No More

Finally, I have some small patch of hair growing ! This is my happy Sat morning face, cos no school today !! I can play with Daddy and Mummy whole day, and this weekend is long weekend. Next Monday is Sports Day, why there is no sports day event for my school ? Maybe babies are not invited, cos we cannot run ?

I went to work with Mummy !

I went to Mummy's office last friday. We had lunch with Mummy's colleagues. So many uncles and aunties carried and played with me. Auntie Ena said I was the star ! Uncle Jaga took all the photos, they look so nice and professional, he even did this collage. Uncle Terry tried to play with me while Mummy was eating, but I want a Auntie to carry me instead. I had fun with Auntie Kondo. It was fun meeting all of you, hope Mummy will bring me to her office again soon.

My new friend, Zayne

Last Friday, Mummy took leave and both of us went out alone without Daddy. We met up with Zayne didi and his mummy. Zayne didi is 3 weeks younger than me, but he is almost same size as me. Zayne's mummy gave me so many presents, Thank you Auntie Pauline!

Wow, my very first time playing with balloons, I got 2 of them. Mummy said I have to share with Zayne.

I wasn't too happy to give up one of my balloon, I got a scolding from Mummy. Mummy told me I must share share. Sorry ...
